You had your shower, but next to that there was a huge raised gravel section planted with succulents, which lizards would pop out of every now and then. The rooms were nice and clean, but they were very dated and the shower situation was a bit odd. The staff were great here, they were really informative and helpful and I couldn’t fault them at all, but I couldn’t help feeling like I was holidaying in Benidorm, instead of Costa Rica.
